About MDG
The Majdalani Development Group ("MDG") is a fifth-generation, privately owned real estate investment and development company. Drawing on over a century of family heritage in Middle Eastern real estate and construction, the Group invests in and develops high-quality real estate with a long-term, value-driven approach.
Since establishing its London platform in 2015, MDG has partnered with private wealth, family offices, and select investors to originate, structure, and execute real estate investments across the United Kingdom, Europe, and the Middle East.
Under the leadership of Nicholas Majdalani, the Group manages every aspect of the investment process - from acquisition and capital structuring through development, asset management, and realisation - ensuring disciplined execution and full alignment with its capital partners.

With over 35 years of international experience spanning civil engineering, development, and investment, Nicholas is the driving force behind MDG's global platform. His career spans landmark projects across four continents, and his hands-on command of every stage of the development process - from origination and capital structuring through design, construction, and disposition - is the bedrock on which MDG is built.
Dimitri Majdalani
Director
Forged at Goldman Sachs across its European office development portfolio and further refined at Witnick Real Estate Partners in New York, where he closed over $250 million of value-add acquisitions, Dimitri has built a career spanning institutional investment, development, and capital structuring. As Investment Director at Greystar Netherlands, he managed the structuring and execution of over €1 billion of complex forward-fund, forward-purchase, masterplan, and development transactions, partnering with leading institutional investors to help build one of Europe's largest Build-to-Rent platforms. Across his career, he has executed more than £1 billion of real estate transactions globally. Dimitri holds an MSc in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a BSc in Construction Management & Engineering from the University of Reading.
Cameron Warricker
Director
Cameron is the operational and commercial force that keeps MDG's platform running with precision. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PwC London, where he specialized in audit and business restructuring, before joining Alvarez & Marsal Europe as a management consultant advising top-tier PE clients on complex pre- and post-acquisition value-creation mandates. His command of financial structuring, due diligence, and operational efficiency makes him an invaluable anchor across MDG. Cameron holds a BSc in Accounting from the University of Reading.
